Azurar Consultants was established in 1993, when its founding director Simon Tarling moved from British Telecom. The company is based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and operates operates throughout the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and Scandinavia. The company has two main strands to the services it offers. The first strand is programme and project management, the second strand is technical advice on the establishment, migration and relocation of technology infrastructure.
